Lead a team of designers tasked with creating a compelling user experience for Adobe's Edge products, a set of tools and services for modern web design and development (http://html.adobe.com). I set the overall design direction for the new ecosystems of products for web design and development. Leading an interdisciplinary team to implement that vision, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the user experience aligns with and impacts the business goals.
